Learn in this 25-hour Online Training that is divided into 6 weeks, how to practice and share Gentle Yoga
in an inclusive, welcoming, accessible, and trauma-informed way through Yoga variations!

This training has a special focus on sharing yoga with people living with Chronic Pain, disabilities, and Energy Limiting Conditions.

This training is open to everybody! Yoga practitioners, caregivers, and Yoga Teachers.

IN THIS TRAINING YOU WILL LEARN:

How to offer Gentle Yoga for All Bodies with diverse populations through Yoga Variations. 

We will explore: 

– Chair Yoga

– Standing, seated, and supine variations

– Self Massage with Therapy Balls

– Restorative Yoga 

– How Trauma is present in people living with disabilities and how yoga can help. 

 – And More!!! 

 

This training has a special focus on sharing yoga with people living with disabilities, chronic pain, and energy-limiting conditions. 

MORE DETAILS ABOUT THIS PROGRAM AND ITS FORMAT:

– This online training is 6 weeks long.

– The 25 hours of this training include Pre-recorded modules and 2 LIVE Q&A (Questions and answers) sessions. 

– Starting Tuesday, October 1st you will receive weekly access to the pre-recorded training material so you can watch it in the time that best suits your learning experience.

– Each week will invite you to complete homework: reflection time,  practice videos, and more!

– Approximately a 2.5-hour weekly commitment is expected. 

– As part of the training we will meet 2 times Live via Zoom for our Q&A sessions, the dates are the following:

  • Session 1: Monday, October 14th, 10 AM PST 
  • Session 2: Thursday, November 7th, 5.00 PM PST

– There will be a replay available in case you can’t make it to the Livestream, but I truly recommend joining the live call so you can get real-time feedback and answer all your questions. I will stay connected until all your questions are answered! 

– You will have lifetime access to the material of the program (Slides + Video Replay)!

– You will be able to download and print the weekly material, and at the end of the training, a complete manual/slides with all the content from this training will be available for you to download.

– You will have access to the training materials (videos, replays, and documents) during the 6 weeks of this training. You can download everything if you want to keep it forever for personal use, but you have to do it during the training.  

– After completing the training you will need to answer a questionnaire about the training to receive your Completion Certificate. This training counts as 25 CEUs with Yoga Alliance.

MORE DETAILS ABOUT THIS TEACHER TRAINING:

No Prerequisites: Everybody can join this training! If you practice yoga, if you’re a caregiver, movement specialist, yoga teacher, etc. 

– This Training counts as 25 Continuing Education Hours with Yoga Alliance (CEUs). The participant must complete the Live Sessions (or Replays) + Pre-recorded content + questionnaire up to one (1) month after the training to receive your certificate.

– What happens if I can’t join the live sessions but I want to participate in this training? In case of not being able to join the live sessions, the participant must watch the replays, the pre-recorded content, and complete the questionnaire,  in the same period as all the participants, to receive the Continuing Education Hours and diploma.

What happens after I enroll?: You will receive a PDF with more details about the training. Closer to the start date you will receive an introduction email which will prepare you for the start of the training. 

–  If due to force majeure reasons a student can’t participate in the training, it is their responsibility to notify Yoga for All Bodies™ at least 1 month (30 days) before the start of the training to get a partial refund or change their enrollment to an upcoming cycle. (The reservation fee is not refundable).

All sales are final, if you can’t make it live you will receive all the replays and have access to all the material from this training for you to download or watch.

I’m Natalia Tabilo a Body Positive 500 RYT yoga teacher, Latina, Journalist, and communications specialist, and the founder of Yoga for All Bodies

Yoga has helped me become friends with my mind and body and that’s why I want to share it with others. After feeling left out and unseen in yoga classes, I decided to create Yoga for All Bodies, an inclusive and accessible practice based on variations and choices to meet and enjoy your body where you are today. 

I’m certified in Vinyasa, Yoga for All, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Accessible Yoga, The Roll Model Method, Restorative, Yin, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Somatics, Yoga for Mental Health, Yoga for Chronic Pain, and more! 

In 2021 I was featured as a “Game Changer in Yoga” by Yoga Journal and in 2023 I received the award “Ambassador of the year” by the Accessible Yoga Association.
