What to expect:
Yoga for All Bodies™ is a Body Positive offering created for you to enjoy your practice no matter your size, shape, abilities, age, or experience with yoga!
Variations and options for traditional yoga poses will be offered using props: bolsters, blocks, chairs, strap, and blankets! You can replace these props with everyday items you already have, towels, pillows, cushions, a dog’s leash, scarf, stools, etc.
Expect a Hatha Flow, gentle stretches, and extra relaxation in Restorative and Yin yoga poses!
Soft music will be played in the background, and you decide if you want to leave the camera on or off.
