YOGA FOR ALL BODIES™

As a Body Positive Teacher, all my offerings are tailored for All Bodies! You can practice Yoga no matter your abilities, age, size, and shape. Variations using props (bolsters, blocks, strap, walls, and chairs!) are always offered.

RELAXATION FOR ALL BODIES™

Everybody deserves to relax in Restorative and Yin Yoga poses that work for their bodies!  Variations using props will be offered to support the body in a position of comfort and ease. You are already doing too much! give yourself permission to rest and relax.

SELF MASSAGE FOR ALL BODIES™

Rolling offers the perfect dose of self-care and fun while using therapy balls to roll from head to toe! Rolling improves your flexibility, releases tension, creates more awareness about your body, helps you manage pain, improves your posture, and enhances performance. In all my offerings, accessible options such as rolling using the wall or chairs are offered.
