As a Body Positive Teacher, all my classes (Hatha, Vinyasa, Prenatal, Postnatal, Yin, Restorative & Gentle Yoga) are tailored for all abilities, sizes, and shapes. Expect the use of tools for success in your practice (bolsters, blocks, walls, and chairs!), tons of pose variations, and therapy balls to fully relax and release any tension in your body!
SELF MYOFASCIAL RELEASE & MASSAGE
Rolling offers the perfect dose of self care and fun while using therapy balls to roll from head to toe! Rolling improves your flexibility, releases tension, creates more awareness about your body, improves your posture and enhances performance. In all my classes, accesible options such as rolling using the wall or chairs are offered.
RELAX: YIN & RESTORATIVE YOGA
Rediscover physical and emotional balance through relaxation. In Restorative Yoga we use props that support your body in a position of comfort and ease to facilitate healing and relaxation. In Yin Yoga we let go while stretching in a safe way. You are already doing too much! give yourself permission to rest and relax.
