“Befriending My Chronic Condition™” is a 6-week online group program designed to help you understand your body, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Through the science of pain and the mind-body connection, trauma-informed care, and accessible & gentle yoga, you’ll learn to calm your system, reframe pain, and find more ease in your daily life, yes! Even during flare-ups.
You’ll also learn gentle massage techniques using therapy balls, EFT Tapping, and breathing exercises to support pain management and body awareness.
This program is designed to help you rebuild trust with your body and gain tools to reinterpret how you live with, and how you perceive the experience of pain.

🌷 Meet Your Guide, Natalia Tabilo
Hi, I’m Natalia Tabilo, founder of Yoga for All Bodies™ and Chronic Joy Chronicles™.
I live with chronic pain and chronic migraine, so I know how exhausting it can feel to constantly “manage” your symptoms while trying to live your life.
I also know that healing begins when we stop fighting our bodies, and start listening to them.
As a certified Accessible & Gentle Yoga Teacher and Lifestyle & Wellness Coach (Harvard-trained), I’ve dedicated my work to making movement, mindfulness, and self-care accessible for everyone, especially for those who have been told they don’t belong.
This program is my heart’s work. Through the Joyful in the Chronic Life™ Method, I share tools and practices that help you live more safely, calmly, and joyfully in your body.
