  • Who can participate in this Webinar?

This webinar is open to all the people that practice yoga that want to learn how and why to use yoga props during their practice! No matter your size, shape, abilities, age or experience with yoga.

  • How long is the Props 101 webinar?

The webinar is expected to last 1 hours and 30 minutes, BUT! I will stay connected until ALL your questions are answered 🙂

  • What is the program for the Props 101 Webinar?

We will start with a lecture on how and why to use popular Yoga props followed by a short practice so you can feel in your body how the use of tools for success changes the experience of practicing yoga.

  • What happens after I register?

You will receive an email with a PDF document that has more information about this webinar and the Zoom link for the meeting.

  • What do I need to participate?

A computer, tablet, or phone to join the Zoom Webinar meeting and optional yoga props for the short practice: 2 blocks, 1 pillow, cushion or bolster, 1 yoga strap or belt, and a chair. (You can get super creative with your props! (as you will learn in this webinar!!) so as a replacement you can use cans of food, your dog’s leash, stools, etc, in case you don’t have yoga props yet)

  • Will there be a recording available if I can’t make it to the Livestream?

Yes yes yes! a recording will be sent up to 24 hours after the Webinar and it will be available for you to watch for a week (7 days).

  • What other payments method are available to participate in the Webinar?

If you want to pay via Venmo, Paypal or CashApp write me to natalia@yogaforallbodies.com and I will send you the payment details. Once the transaction is ready I will send to your email the PDF with the information for this webinar.

  • What is the return or cancellation policy?

All sales are final. If for any reason you can’t attend the Live stream you can watch the replay that will be available for everybody for 7 days after the Props 101 webinar.
