Hi! I'm Natalia, the Founder of Yoga for All Bodies™ & Chronic Joy Chronicles™
I’m Natalia Tabilo (She/Her/Ella), a journalist, certified yoga teacher, accessibility advocate, and coach living with chronic pain and invisible disabilities.
After years of moving through spaces that weren’t built for bodies like mine, I decided to create my own spaces where every body and every story belong.
Through Yoga for All Bodies™, I’ve built a global community that redefines what yoga can look and feel like, with practices rooted in variations, compassion, and inclusion. Through Chronic Joy Chronicles, I share accessible wellness tools, travel experiences, reflections, and real stories that remind us that joy and healing are possible, even in the midst of pain.
My work combines lived experience with professional training in accessible yoga, lifestyle and wellness coaching, and emotional healing practices. I believe joy is not only medicine but a form of resistance, and I’m here to help you reconnect with it, one breath and one moment at a time.
Thank you for being here. I’m so grateful to share this journey with you.

My motto: Celebrating joyful living with chronic conditions — through self-compassion, kindness, accessibility, and community
Hola!
